ISO 9001 Internal Auditor Course dates 2010

This three-day outcomes-based course is recorded with Services SETA.  It is designed to enable delegates to conduct an objective, impartial audit of their own company's quality management system, or that of a supplier. See what our delegates have had to say about this course:

Delegates learn:

  1. How the quality management concept and the ISO 9000 series of standards were developed.
  2. How business processes are combined into systems.
  3. The requirements of the ISO 9001:2008 standard.
  4. The role of the internal auditor in continual improvement.
  5. How to use interpersonal skills to audit effectively.
  6. How to schedule audits.
  7. How to prepare for and conduct an internal quality system audit or supplier audit.
  8. How to promote continual improvement by following up on corrective action requests and verifying the effectiveness of action taken.
  9. How to prepare an audit report and present it to Management as an input for management review process.

Course pre-requisites


Delegates should be fluent in written and spoken English, and are required to complete a pre-course reading assignment.  Although it can be beneficial for delegates to have some prior knowledge of quality management systems and the ISO 9001 standard,  this course is suitable for delegates with little or no experience of quality management systems.
